Generally 100 pieces per design. Some items allow lower quantities depending on the printing method and colour — tell us the quantity you need and we'll confirm what's possible.
Add the item to your quote list, or WhatsApp us with your quantity, logo file and the exact date you need the gifts in hand. We'll return a full quotation with unit pricing, print costs and delivery timeline.
Yes. Send us a written quote from a Singapore-registered supplier for the same product, quantity, printing method and delivery date, and we'll match it — and go 5% better above 300 pieces. Quote must be dated within the last 14 days and verified by our team.
Usually yes, subject to the MOQ per design & item. Tell us your colour split and we'll confirm what's possible at your quantity.
Yes. We're registered on GeBIZ/Vendor@Gov for government agencies, and on SAP Ariba, SESAMi and TenderBoard for corporate procurement. Quotations, specifications and vendor documentation come formatted for the platform you buy through.
PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
Generally 20 working days from artwork confirmation to delivery in Singapore, and air freight can shorten that to around 15. Tell us the exact date you need the gifts in hand and we'll work backwards from there, including the artwork deadline you'll need to hit.
Yes. Logo branding is available on every product we supply. Send us your logo and quantity, and we'll recommend the right print method for the material and show you a mockup when we quote.
Yes. You receive a digital mockup and artwork proof for sign-off, and nothing goes to the factory until you approve it. If your logo won't reproduce cleanly at the size you've asked for, we tell you at quote stage, not after the run.
Vector files give the sharpest result — AI, EPS or PDF. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it anyway and we'll tell you whether it will hold up at print size.
Yes, islandwide — office buildings, schools, government premises and event venues. Tell us your delivery address and the date you need it in hand, and we'll build both into the quote. We can split-deliver to multiple addresses.
Tell us and we sort it. If the fault is on our side we replace the affected pieces, and we don't make you argue for it. Every order is checked before it leaves the factory.
