Sample & artwork

We produce a digital mockup for your approval, then a physical sample with your artwork applied. Sample and freight are chargeable, quoted before we proceed.

Tooling

For new products, moulds are developed to your specification. Existing tooling can be modified for a faster, lower-cost route.

Production

Manufacturing runs at our dedicated partner factory under one project manager, with quality checks at each stage before packing.

Delivery

Retail-ready packing and export documentation prepared, with shipment coordinated to your port.
